Comfortable room, convenient location, featuring a spacious seating area and a large flat-screen TV that made for a pleasant stay, along with a delicious breakfast that included fresh fruit and yogurt.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable stay. The bed and sofa provided ample space for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

However, we felt the $200 deposit for incidentals was excessive.

had a wonderful stay at hyatt place. the double room was spacious, clean, and included a nice sofa bed. breakfast was tasty and it was close to dallas attractions. the staff were friendly, especially selina, who helped us with our late checkout. i really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere despite being near the airport!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious and clean, offering a cozy sectional and a comfy ottoman perfect for family moments. We loved the breakfast options—hot and fresh, with plenty to choose from, and the on-site Starbucks was a great way to kick-start our day before heading to nearby attractions like the Irving Arts Center.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities on-site. Perhaps a family lounge or game area would enhance the experience.

It was just a top selection for a fleeting trip in Irving with value for money. The staff was really helpful during my stay. Consider checking out the nearby restaurants for a quick meal.
